To the west lies the popular and renowned wine area of Montefalco and Bevagna with many excellent vineyards. The scenery is truly gorgeous, especially in autumn when the sagrantina vines turn scarlet red. Many fascinating towns are within easy reach like Orvieto, Perugia, Assisi, Spello, Trevi and Spoleto.
The E45 highway ensures swift connections to Rome and further south as well as to Tuscany and the north. The nearest international airport is Perugia at 45 km distance followed by Rome at 170 km.
