HOUSE RULES
We want your stay to be fantastic and encourage you to treat this property as a home away from home. However, we kindly ask guests to observe a few points before arrival and during their stay:

Dispose of waste appropriately.
Keep the property clean and tidy.
While appreciated, washing dishes and stripping beds at checkout is not required.
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM. Please be considerate of the buildings neighbors.
Ensure all windows and doors are closed when leaving.
Guests are responsible for any additional costs incurred from lost keys or locksmith services.
For the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete the online check-in form and provide a valid ID.
Guests must follow local waste sorting and recycling rules. Instructions are provided in the property.
Communal (centralized) heating operates on a schedule set by Italian law and cannot be adjusted. The heating schedule is: 6 AM to 9
AM, 12 PM to 2 PM, and 8 PM to 11 PM.
The maximum temperature allowed by Italian law for residential heating is 19°C.
Do not use multiple appliances simultaneously to avoid power outages. In such a case, guests must reset the fuse box.

Please note:

- The only expense not included in the monthly rent is the city tax, which must be
settled during the check-in process.

- Please, consider the accommodation surface area shown in the listing is not
accurate and it is just an indication of the size of the apartment.
