Laundry Area: Equipped with a washer-dryer and all necessary cleaning accessories to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Bright and Cozy Living Room: Featuring an open kitchen and overlooking Corso Genova. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire apartment.

Other Things to Note:

You will receive a welcome kit with shampoo and shower gel for the first 2 nights. For longer stays, guests are responsible for providing these products.

Advanced Management Fee:

To ensure a seamless experience, we kindly ask for a one-time advanced management fee of 150, payable via bank transfer before check-in. This fee covers the registration of the contract, final cleaning, and contract closure.

Once the booking is completed, you will have to sign the contract with the property management company, and pay the deposit no later than 24 hours before check-in, otherwise the booking will be no considered completed and you cant do the check in

Other Costs:

In addition to the rent, a monthly fee of 300 is required. This fee covers the following services:

Registration of the contract
Biweekly apartment cleaning and provision of fresh linen
Regular maintenance services throughout your stay
24/7 emergency support
