the main Squares, such as Piazza Ferretto and Piazza Barche.

In the neighbourhood you can find anything you need: In front of the house there are two Supermarkets,
the Public Library where many students gather to study. There are also a lot of bars, restaurants and pubs where
young people go and the gym John Reed.

Just outside the door you can also find the bus stop Craducci-Felisati, where you can catch the bus to Venice.
The Tram Stop is 50 metres away.

You will also have a whatsap group of the apartment in case of need or emergency and to communicate with your Apartment Manager. We will intervene with our technicians, so you will not have to worry about anything

The rental agreements are individual.

Once the booking is confirmed, you will have to :
provide to pay 2 month of deposit
pay the administration fee
provide all of your documents for the registration of the contract
